Are there any long-term contracts?
No. Month-to-month retainers are standard. Project work is scoped per engagement. You can cancel with 30 days notice on any ongoing arrangement.
What's included in the free consultation?
A 30-minute call where we discuss your current IT setup, challenges, and goals. I'll give honest advice even if you don't become a client.
Do you charge for travel to on-site visits?
On-site visits within the Chicagoland area (roughly 30-mile radius of downtown Chicago) are included in managed support plans. Extended travel is quoted separately.
Can I start with a single project and then move to ongoing support?
Absolutely — that's a common path. Many clients start with a one-time audit or migration project, then move to a retainer once they see the value.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH bank transfer, credit/debit card, and check. Invoices are issued monthly or per-project milestone.
